Classic themes of sex, revenge, and power are examined in a new light in this gender-swapped 
production of Shakespeare's Hamlet. Hamlet's world is thrown into turmoil when her aunt murders 
her mother and marries her father. She contemplates suicide, abuses her boyfriend, and alienates 
her compatriots, all to punish the family that betrayed her. Though the traditional plot and time 
period of the play remain unchanged, the women philosophize, play politics, speak with ghosts, and 
mourn skulls, while the men are helpless against their destiny and that of Denmark, recast in the 
roles of the virgin and the whore.

make conceptually that fit Ghost Light Theatricals' mission of re-exploring classical plays."

Hamlet's best friend Horatio has become the world's first paranormal psychologist. Since, it is well-known, 
spirits cannot find their final resting place until their mortal affairs are in order, Horatio attempts 
to assist the ghosts of some famous Shakespearean characters using some modern psychology techniques, 
and enlists the help of some TV ghost hunters to rid himself of the most annoying spirit of all...
