Description

Ghost Light Theatricals presents THE OEDIPAL DUPLEX, a night of new plays based on Sophocles’ classic work, Oedipus Rex. It includes Matt Lyman’s Mother PhΩcker, a new adaptation of the original “a man fights against a prophecy that he will kill his father and marry his mother” story. Then, in Blinding Pains, Ben Newton and David Van Wert explore what happens in the aftermath, when Oedipus moves to Phoenix, opens a restaurant, and starts dating. It is sure to be a night that will make you laugh, think, and wonder: “what is wrong with these people?”
